Congratulations Jana & Ralph!
Jana and Ralph of Westerly, RI were married at The Meadow Brook Inn, in nearby Charlestown RI!

The inspiration for the theme of this fun and fabulous wedding stemmed from the bride wanting a polka-dot wedding dress! The bride said “I Googled images of polka-dot wedding dresses, and that’s when I found it, “The One”, and from there I decided to go with a Rockabilly theme… I didn’t want the typical wedding gown, tuxedos, etc, I wanted Fun!”
From the polka dot wedding dress she found on Etsy, to the handmade felt flower bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces created by the bride herself (available on her own Etsy store : Felt Friendz), the playful style and whimsical tone of the day made for a festive occasion for all to enjoy!
The couple even welcomed guests to take part in the fun by informing them of their Rockabilly theme on their wedding invitations…
The fun continued on into the evening as the couple entered their reception to the song, “Shapoopie” as sung by the one and only Peter Griffin of the animated comedy show, “The Family Guy”, and later cut their cake to Frank Sinatra’s “Love and Marriage” (also known as the theme song from the TV comedy “Married with Children”).
